Good Company is Australia’s first holistic Corporate Workplace Giving and Volunteering Platform who empower companies and staff to give their Time (volunteering), Talent (Skilled Volunteering) and Treasure (donating and fundraising via payroll) to help support over 1800 charities including IAG, Optus, Westpac, Origin Energy, ANZ, Flight Centre, AGL and CSL. Good Company wanted to understand the viability of launching a volunteer transportation platform - The Good Company Mystery Bus to help deliver, grow and build advocacy with their existing clients whilst leveraging the platform to promote Good Company to a wider audience.
Solution
Reservoir Partners was engaged to conduct project feasibility study covering operations and logistics, marketing and communications messaging, sponsorship, client/staff acquisition and retention as well as investment and revenue modelling.
Result
The Good Company Volunteer Mystery Bus was launched in May 2022 to celebrate National Volunteer Week. We loved working with such a passionate and impactful organisation doing such important work in the community.
